It also complies with Geobase SDS (Standard Data Set) format and meets the Department of Defense security requirements. Web GIS based on ArcGIS Server is also included.Led the development of Turbo Relocation System for AASHTO, which served as a liaison between state departments of transportation and the Federal government. The system was designed with ASP.NET 3.5 portal technologies and is compatible with Oracle, SQL Server and SQL Server Express. The system is also compatible with both IE and FireFox and fully AJAX enabled. Turbo Relocation automates the determination, calculation, and process of relocation assistance in accordance with the Uniform Act. It is configurable to meet individual state and agency requirements and has both networked and stand-alone modes-facilitating ease of disconnected in-field laptop and provides synchronization between the two modes. The system audits and controls versions for both the database and the application and allows multi-level role-based secure access permissions.Developed PAECETrak. This is the base framework for all clients using PAECETrak, which have been adopted by several states' department of tranportations. Maintained the PAECETrak framework and Implemented the e-Directory LDAP authentication, Falcon integration, and added improvements to the system.
