Thin film growth and characterization: Understanding of epitaxial, CVD and PVD film deposition techniques, and accompanying acquaintance of analytical analysis techniques, such as SEM, TEM, EDX, XRR, SIMS, ellipsometry and XPS for physical characterization and defect analysisClean room working experience, and familiar with all the process of electronic device fabrication and testingPROFESSIONAL SKILLS:Thin film deposition: Physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, atomic layer deposition.Materials Characterization: XRD, SEM, AFM, TEM, EDS, XPS, FIB, PPMS, VSM, DSC, TGA, XRF, Raman, FT-IR, diffuse reflectance. etc. Micro/Nano fabrication: Photolithography, thin film deposition, wire bonding, etching, etc.
