As CHT (China, Hongkong, Taiwan) FAE Senior Group Manager, mainly responsible for: • Build FAE team and set team objectives based on company long-term strategies;• Lead FAE team to provide technical support and service to key accounts; Build and maintain close relationship with key customers;• Closely collaborate with sales team to generate demands and create opportunities to meet the revenue goals;• Coach and develop FAE to be the world class engineering team; organize technical sharing events for sales team consistently;

As AE Senior Group Manager in NI China, managing senior AE group as the main technical support resources in pre and post-sales activities, especially in wireless communication, consumer electronics, Academic industry; closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing and NI headquarter making sure customer success and high customer loyalty

Responsible for NIJ ELP program, including both talent acquisition and talent development eventually ensuring the adequate talent pipeline for the whole company;Leading an APAC team responsible for APAC ELP evolution to build a consistent and structured engineering leadership program.

Lead the Application Engineering team as the primary technical support resources in pre and post sales activities;Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing and teams from headquarters on strategic projects ensuring customer success, such as New Customer Loyalty Improvement Project, Global Support Services Design Initiative, etc.Recruit and nurture the Engineering Leadership Program engineers targeting the best future sales engineers, Marketing engineers, and technical specialists;Lead the evolution of Application Engineering department from 20 engineers to more than 60, develop department Job Skill Matrix(JSM) and Key Performance Indicator(KPI), review and provide timely performance feedback;

Join in America Support and Service management meetings;Grow and maintain strong relationships with East Asia AE management;Oversee East Asia Support Escalations, directly manage all Sev1 and Sev2 East Asia AE escalations;Participate in RF Proof of Concepts with US AE Specialists and System Engineers;

Provide technical support to customers and colleagues via phone and email;Conduct technical seminars, hands-on training sessions;Marketing events support, including presentation on NI products and demo design and construction;Give paid customer training on NI software and hardware products;Shanghai area customer visiting and onsite support, demonstrate and configure virtual instrumentation systems to existing and new customers(FAE);
