The work main part is biding project management, in response of Biding Team build, Kickoff meeting convene, Biding strategy formulate, Biding document prepare, After biding clarification. And also the daily meeting convene and schedule management.In these two years, support Carrier Software BU 60+ Biding project, 4 Company level projects, 12 Region level projects.  Biding progress management, quotation, biding document prepare（include SOC & TP）. Answer 3000+ SOCs and 4+ TP per year. In response of collect the product advices. Two years "0" complain. 1 year oversea work experience at MidEast Bahrain. 2015 whole year KPI B+ (top 20%)

Support strategy & MKT dep. monthly operation report prepare. And report it on the monthly ST of the dep. KPI management，in responce of "exception version percentage" and "parallel maintain / develop version qty." KPI measure. Do the early warning and push the Owner improvement the KPI performance. Organize the dep. leader and team leader prepare the expense budget.
