•Support and implement Group Aftersales Parts supply chain strategy, optimize parts supply chain for all relevant entities•Interact and work closely with JVs (FAW-VW, SVW)/VGIC and Wolfsburg to ensure alignment of business objectives•Closely in work with JVs / VGIC for parts inventory planning and management, IT support for dealership•Initiate and support Group Parts Inventory planning projects to ensure achievement of overall Aftersales parts business•Analyze supply chain parameters and the factors affecting customer service levels and parts inventory•Identify potentials to reduce the stock level in the master depots of China•Develop and implement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report•Support in developing parts sourcing activities, assess inventory performance

•Create monthly harbor quality report for FBU vehicles, distribute to colleagues from plants in different countries, and management level•Create monthly stock and sales presentation for board of management•Organize regular meeting, write protocols, agendas, and meeting minutes•Fully assist harbor related issues, follow up with relevant topics and top complaints•Three times of audit support experience in vehicle care, logistics, and supply chain•Become Intern Parent at 05/2015 (Certificate can be provided by end of internship)•Close work with colleagues from different departments. (E.g.
