Leadership and human interaction is important and crucial part for any organization. It could be dealing with client or managing the internal team with high productivity. And it is a day or month journey. It is continuous process where you learn so many things by experiencing only.Believing in this thought process, I pursue the Google Project Management course to improve my self. By this I explore and titled so many skills which is important for personal and professional life. The management is not only a skill by which you can win fulfill your duty. The technical, analytical and management tools operating and managing skill is also important and play crucial role to manage daily activity. For technical knowledge, I learned python, Node js, Svelte, Svelte kit, HTML, CSS and basic technical fundamentals. And for project management, I learned it by experiencing into day to day activity. The tools I used are Zoho, Jira, Click-up, Asana and own customized PMS tool.In my earlier career, I learn the document management and internal and external audit process. Which is called Quality Management System (QMS).
