• Reduced AWS Lambda cost by 81% on peak usage days (from about $450 to $83).• Saved hours of manual efforts every week, and made the deployment process drastically fast and easy by migrating 173+ backend pipeline services from EC2 to Elastic Container Service, automating the deployment flows, and implementing a highly configurable custom autoscaler for the services.• Developed monitoring for the in-house data processing pipeline which helped the team action proactively on the pipeline failures rather than having to manually query the database and firefight the failures. Thus increasing the overall stability and reliability of the pipeline.• Added synthetic monitoring for the primary product which helped catch failures faster.• Added backend API failure reporting using NewRelic.• Added KPI monitoring for the primary database using DataDog to prevent unexpected downtimes.• Integrated PagerDuty and Slack for alerting. Thus, resulting in faster response to outages.

• Implemented all dev tasks with utmost quality which resulted in zero hotfix in about two years span.• User experience became 7x faster after implementing the Bulk Actions feature for large customers.• For faster onboarding of new customers, worked with the Admin Console team and analyzed customer configs to find the commonly used filters so that they are included in the product setup tool by default.• Developed candidate profile cards using React JS and Octuple for the Kanban view of the hiring pipeline.• To reduce the on-call load by 22%, proposed the solution of developing a search query debug tool.
