• Conduct and send PO to suppliers about information on specifications of the raw material production for local materials and ensure that suppliers would understand the details of the materials.• Handle and review the performance of around 30 suppliers (compared the ETD with ETA).• Monitor and follow up on delivery to match the confirmed date.• Process the re-schedule delivery and order the revisions quantity, provide feedback within 2x24 hours and update the system according to the latest confirmation from the supplier.• Coordinate with other division (e.g planning product control, material planning, warehouse and developer) about delivery, material (receiving, issued, swatch new material) and exim (send the suppliers delivery report for the process of making BC documents).

• Conduct field surveys to check the worker's personal protective equipment (PPE).• Check the MsDs of the flammable material (propane, methanol gas, nitrogen)• Check the forklift and crane machine’s checksheet.
