Samen zetten we verontwaardiging om in sociale verandering.☮️ De campagnes van Vredesactie zijn gericht op de afbouw van politieke systemen en industrieën die wereldwijd oorlog in stand houden. ✊🏼Vredesactie ontwikkelt geweldloze actiestrategieën en biedt die kennis aan via trainingsinitiatieven. ✊🏼 Vredesactie wil mensen bewegen om zich te verzetten tegen militarisering en Belgische en Europese betrokkenheid bij internationale conflicten, en alle oorzaken daarvan. Taken* Dagelijkse interne samenwerking faciliteren binnen het horizontale team van 9 medewerkers * Communicatie met de Raad van Bestuur* Mee visie, strategische keuzes en beslissingen van de organisatie bewaken* Nieuwe cyclus van beleidsplanning en rapportering aan diverse subsidiegevers coordineren* Duurzaam personeelsbeleid uitwerken* Eindverantwoordelijke voor het zakelijke en financiële beleid van de vzw en de fondsenwerving

- General coordination of communication & team (5) responsible for editing, translation (NL-FR) & graphic design for social media, website, mailings, educational materials...- Establish annual corporate communication plan, ensure implementation & report to board & management- Manage and efficiently use communication budget- Advise and support the board, management & 70 project staff in the field of external communication- Draw up communication plans for projects - Help define communication messages at program & project level and ensure they are consistent with the corporate communication policy - Press activities: drafting and sending press releases, building press relations, maintaining press database, spokesperson & coaching project spokespersons
