Manager of vocational rehabilitation services to ACC and private insurance companies. Since 2009 I have owned and managed Focus on Jobs, which provides occupational assessment, career consulting, employment preparation and job search services for individuals who are out of work due to injury or sickness, in the Auckland region. In 2011 and working with Active Plus we submitted a tender for a major new vocational rehabilitation service with ACC. After Active Plus was awarded the contract, which began in 2012, I was appointed manager of service delivery of Back to Work and Job Search services, a position I have held since this time. Focus on Jobs is now a leading provider of vocational consultancy services in the Auckland area, with a strong focus on working with clients to achieve their return to work goals. In 2011 I set up a CV writing website with a business partner, which we have since sold as a going concern.
