• End to end accounts payable duties.• Reconciliation of all bank accounts. • Cashflow forecasting and monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger.• Maintain fixed asset registration and record month end expenses and depreciation.• Initiate the transfer of funds between subsidiaries as required.• Month end journal entries for accrual and prepayment.• Reconcile intercompany accounts and confirm balances on a timely basis.• P&L analysis and comparison.

• Processing of general and student receivables into the financial system whilst ensuring correct revenue recognition (daily).• Facilitating financial projects as per business unit needs.• Daily Bank Reconciliation.• Invoice both internal and external debtors.• Follow up all debts regularly and report back monthly including recommendation of level of bad debt provision.• Lodgement of Overseas Student Health Cover policies on behalf of Students, adjustments and monthly reconciling.• Produce month end Trial Balance for Debtors.• Responsible for the maintenance and collection of Student and Sponsor debt.• Process Student Refunds in line with the refunds approval process and action associated adjustments as required.• Cashflow forecasting and monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger.• Maintain fixed asset registration and record month end expenses and depreciation.• Initiation the transfer funds between subsidiaries as required.• Month end journal entries for accrual and prepayment• Reconcile intercompany accounts and confirm balances on a timely basis• Assist in answering questions from auditors related to AP and AR
