I have always been a technical minded person with a flair for explaining complicated systems and concepts to others; these skills were honed to (near) perfection after being hired into the wireless phone industry during the explosive growth stages of the late 90's and beyond. After a busy year as a CSR, TSR and on-the-job Training Assistant at T-Mobile, I was recognized and promoted to corporate Trainer for Technical Support. In this role I trained employees being promoted from CSR to TSR, but also employees new hired directly into Technical Support. I was also direct supervisor (15-30 reports) performing all the usual duties of a manager of 15-30 Technical Service Representatives - attendance, discipline, QA, etc. during the 6-12 weeks of each new hire group.
