Soug7 in Jeddah A project of SR 500.000000 Million with a total area of (728.000 m²) the largest open-air shopping and entertainment complex that consists of: Seven main markets or zones: Food Zone, Entertainment & Family Zone, Home & Furnishings, Electronics, Building Materials, Automotive Zone, and Multi-Use Zone Ensure effective mobility and implementation of the required RESPONSIBILITIES- Inspect and review infrastructure project to ensure compliance with plan, safety code and building code regulations.- Ensure that all permits and licenses are provided in a timely manner in coordination with Interfaces- Review change order requests in coordination with the design, and validate them if justified.- Ensure effective navigation and implementation of required systems, people, processes and equipment as defined in the project plan for the individual project/phase- Coordination with Finance regarding accounting projects and payments.- Work on executive plans for sanitation with installation.- Coordinating infrastructure activities and following up on project work between packages.- Working on executive plans for torrential and rain drainage and following up on installation work.- Working on executive plans for communications lines with installation.- Working on the executive plans for the lifting station and installing water pipes from the manholes to the lifting station - and from the lifting station outside the project.
