* Generate knowledge about the current business processes and its complications by studying and analyzing the as-is situation and preparing the required flow diagrams and documentation.* Achieve a common understanding of how the business intends to run its processes on Dynamics GP as part of scoping the implementation project.* Draw a detailed and comprehensive documentation about the future situation of the business in the light of the GAP analysis and associated diagnosis.* Provide an initial planning and preparation for the implementation project including the milestones, project deliverables, resources allocations and communication.* Conduct system implementation and configuration in order to reflect the original business requirements based on the project scope and to-be situation.* Completely conduct final preparations of the project including testing, end user training, system management and cut over activities.* Finalize the business readiness to go live and run the business on the new Dynamics GP environment.* Ensure continuous stability after the cut over by conducting extensive go live support.* Provide extensive support for clients in order to ensure optimum and stable performance.* Assess and manage all technical developments, new requirements or enhancement and conduct quality assurance activities.* Analyze, review, evaluate and run frequent system upgrades and other associated improvement.* Facilitate knowledge sharing among technical and functional teams.* Prioritize and plan daily support tasks in order to ensure customer satisfaction.* Accountable for any other ERP associated project such as data warehousing, business intelligence, data quality and cleansing from both a technical and functional perspective.* Responsible for aligning all project activities and tasks according to the principles and guidelines of Microsoft sure step methodology.

• Documents financial transactions by recording and updating transactions on a day-to-day basis.• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information , preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.• Prepares payments by verifying documentation.• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.• Make sure of all the Sales of Flight Tickets, Outgoing Tours for Groups and Individuals of the four branches are sold within the permissible rates.• In charge of all cash transactions for four branches.• Prepare payroll on time and ensure required deductions are made.• Performing bank reconciliations.• Preparing journal entries and GL reporting.• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.• Internal Financial Statements preparation.• Interact with external auditors in completing audits.
