Dr. Feras Al-Omari Email and Phone Number
I have cultivated extensive expertise in spearheading the evolution of teachers' ongoing professional development initiatives. I have overseen substantial projects in this realm, collaborating closely with Global Affairs Canada (GAC). Within the purview of the RAMP project, I adeptly orchestrated he development of Math programs. In a role marked by astute leadership, I directed a team of content developers with a specialized focus on mathematics. My responsibilities encompassed providing meticulous feedback, facilitating enhancements, and refining materials. Furthermore, I meticulously orchestrated the delivery of various milestones, spanning material development, production assessment, content endorsement, and training. Notably, I also assumed the mantle of Lead Expert for the EDRAAK Arabic K-12 Math Platform. My instrumental contributions included charting the course for learning objectives and outcomes across all grade levels. This framework empowered educators to craft and dispense content on the platform. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the comprehensive review process for instructional videos, questions, and assessments. I actively contributed to the creation of instructive videos tailored to assist both educators and education facilitators in harnessing the platform's features, both in and beyond the classroom setting. Over the last decade, my primary focus has centered on the cultivation and expansion of programs and initiatives at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy. In My capacity as the Continuous Professional Development Manager and the Math Programs Manager, I have pivotal in the integration of technology into education. I have played a crucial role in the formulation and implementation of QRTA's Strategic Plan, the establishment of educational programs, and the expansion of the academy’s portfolio throughout Jordan and the wider region. Consequently, my contributions have significantly bolstered the organization's long-term sustainability.f.alomari@qrta.edu.jo
