- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions through chat (Intercom), call (Aircall), email (via Hubspot) and videocall (Zoom).- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to both non-technical and technical questions: incidences (Jira), configuration, product onboarding, churn & upselling. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues thoroughly and courteously. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.

- Prospecting, Strategizing and Qualifying the best leads. - Engage with prospects via high-volume cold-callings (60-80calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns and social out reach. - Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions. - Confirm clients needs, develop initial clients profile, and help to build the most personalized solution.
