I love brainstorming about opportunities, solutions, business models, minimum viable products and BHAGs (big hairy audacious goals). My strength lies in my ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, think outside the box, and encourage action. I know from experience that it takes perseverance and endurance to succeed. Therefore I use the fundamentals of the Golden Circle to help entrepreneurs and professionals to define their own "Why". Being passionate and purpose driven provides that extra spark so important for success. Personally I'm driven by the knowledge that we can achieve great things if we just put our minds to it and work together. This focus on collaboration underlies my enthusiasm for coworking spaces and business communities. A well designed and managed coworking space is more than just a shared physical space. It enables like-minded people to come together, exchange knowledge and create a collaborative community. Organizations are increasingly embracing the concept of coworking to spark inhouse innovation and keep attracting talent. One of my ambitions is to create a coworking experience and/or innovation incubator program within a large organization, ideally in collaboration with startup businesses.
