Set up the inter-related machines, equipment prior to Coffee Roasting and ensure that all are working. Monitor the process of roasting to get the desired coffee profile, the texture and good appearances of the roasted coffee. Operates different type of Coffee packaging machine. Do necessary setting and adjustments if needed. Troubleshoot machine and execute corrective measures as needed.

1. Maintenance Engineer• Plan, coordinate and supervise staffs for the maintenance & repair works of swimming pools, fountains and water-features in various location in the UAE. • Attend customer complaint and inquiry. Report any concerns and provide proposal / solution to resolve the issue. • Troubleshooting concerns such as water quality problems (i. e. physical properties and chemical balances), equipment problems, excessive water consumption, water leakages etc. 2. MEP Engineer• Plan, coordinate, supervise and execute all mechanical, electrical, plumbing works and “LIFE” safety systems. • Advise project manager and supervisors of problems and their effect on the project. • Monitoring staffs for compliance with their responsibilities and progress of the MEP works for the compliance with schedule and quality control.

• Provided with systematic, qualified support and assistance to the customers in all of the service process (from receiving – to – billing including estimation), and to enhance customer satisfaction as the basis for long-term building business relationship. • Scheduling and preparing for Customer appointment and handle difficult customers.

• Process and settle all legitimate Warranty Claims of Audi and Volkswagen. • Ensure all works aimed at protecting the interest of customers, dealers, manufacturer in the event of warranty claims. • Assess warranty and goodwill claims. • Conduct Service System Training to newly hired employees to familiarize the flow process effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure that the Workshop Department contributes by means of the optimized service delivery and repair works to the satisfaction of the customer and exploit market potential in the Service sector. • Ensures high quality service is delivered (such as meeting completion deadlines, quality of works billing) to protect customer's interest.

• Assist the Service Manager for the daily production / operation of the Service Department. Handle difficult customers and Supervise Service Advisors. In-charge of personalized customer reception and enhance customer service. • In-charge of job distribution to technicians, maintain good productivity level, efficiency and effective control system. • Ensure that quality service at a reasonable price to customers while maintaining a profitable operation with high quality of works.

• Help ensure customer satisfaction by conducting field services to gather technical information with regards to the problem being encountered, study, give feedback to concerned dealers, recommend and implement solutions. • Provides assistance to Mazda and KIA dealers and resolves problem thru quality problem analysis and recommend, implement solutions.
