• Recruitment activity: - Reviewing all potential candidate based on recruitment CV database- Organizing user and HR interview, Psychological test, and MCU- Preparing new employee administration document (offering letter, contract, hire approval)- Monitoring all contract permanent and prepare them for permanent presentation based on company regulation- Preparing Man Power Planning each year- Making, adjusting, revising recruitment's standard operation procedure• Labour Supply and Industrial relation activity:- Monitoring recruitment activity of 6 vendors labor supply- Monitoring, adjusting, revising vendor contract each year- Handling and coordinating with external relation department regarding all industrial relation issue (local people around Mining Operation)• Project Manager:- Service Level Agreement for several profession in Company such as: cleaning service, driver, office boy, room boy, laundry and housekeeping, etc.

• Make schedule for Rig’s Crew and responsible with crew change every week.• Arrange crew’s accommodation and transportation from home to rig site and otherwise.• Administrate employee’s archive (filing, adjusting).• Recruitment of new employee both office and rig crew.• Clerical HR work such as making letters (mutation, termination, work order, announcement, etc), checking invoice, make trip report expenses for rig’s crew.• Coordinate with GA staff about crew change and accommodation.
