Managing Propel@YH, the UK's leading accelerator for healthtech SMEs.

My role within the Enterprise and Innovation team is to support small and medium-sized enterprises looking to access NHS markets. This includes:- Project managing the Digital North Accelerator in collaboration with the 3 other northern AHSNs (Innovation Agency, Health Innovation Manchester & North East and North Cumbria)- Project managing the Innovation Review Panels, supporting SMEs to present their innovations in front of experts from across the NHS and collating feedback for them- Supporting international digital health companies understand the NHS and build strategies to establish a beachhead in the UK- Leading projects in the "adoption and spread of innovations across the system" workstream- Supporting and advising innovators who are developing healthcare technologies with sales and marketing strategies, real-world evaluations, funding and finance, clinical validation, user testing, and NHS regulations (including DTAC).

I was solely responsible for Sales, Account Management, Success & Implementation during my time at Appt, reporting directly in to the CEO. This role included:- Rolling out Appt's automatic patient recall system to more than 50 GP practices across England. - Working with GP practices to automate their booking workflow and increase uptake of preventative healthcare- Building our reporting and analysis system using Excel and Grafana to monitor key metrics- Responsibility for all account and relationship management with NHS stakeholders- Training NHS staff to use our software with confidence and success- Generating leads, presenting Appt's solution and closing sales deals- Maintaining a high level of satisfaction from senior stakeholders, with one client quoting: "I would like to say you were very helpful throughout the training. You were patient, understanding and gave us the time and help we needed, at any time. You were also a joy to work with."

Supporting the Innovation Development workstream at NHSX included:- Project managing several projects and supporting the creation of the Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC)- Co-ordinating multiple strategic partnerships including Apple, Google & Samsung- Responsibility for maintaining relationships with various stakeholders within NHS Digital, the AHSNs, and digital health tech suppliers

Channel Champion for:- People Empowerment, needs and offers- Digital Platforms developers, apps & AIA volunteer group of digital health care leaders from all sectors helping to get the right health tech to the right place. Backed by DIT, TechUK and WHJ.

Promoted to lead the early sales pipeline, which included:- Running projects with NHS Project Managers to procure DrDoctor- Leading and pitching DrDoctor to NHS stakeholders- Improving and delivering DrDoctor's lead generation strategy

- Conducting lead generation for DrDoctor, booking meetings for senior sales colleagues- Providing support to DrDoctor sales & delivery teams- Writing and managing responses to tenders put out by NHS Trusts- Analysing the success of projects including different lead generation approaches and strategies

Responsible for helping the School Pastoral team look after the St Paul's Cathedral Choristers who boarded at the school in Music Practice, Games, Break times, Meals etc.
