Ensure the construction contractors’ activities comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and Client requirements. Checks and ensure all the drawings issued to construction are updated, monitors the updates in engineering drawings, P&ID, piping lay out on site in cases of field changes Daily coordination and monitor to contractor fabrication and field installation of piping, mechanical and civil structural related works and to construction manager and QC to discussed progress, quality, materials and manpower and all issue on site. Site inspection to identify the problem that causes low productivity on piping erection. Discusses technical queries and problems on site with subcontractor’s supervisors. Participate walk down inspection with contractors for system completion (punch listing) prior for pressure testing, pre-commissioning. Ensure all punch list item was done correctly. Signed / closed out punch item.  Participate in construction and management meeting. Time to time reporting to construction manager.

 Serve as member of the Project Management Team (PMT) as Construction Superintendent of YASREF to manage, supervise and daily monitoring of all activities such as piping fabrication and site piping and structural erection activities, system completion activities with the EPC contractor SK E&C and sub-contractors. Ensure the construction contractors’ activities comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and Client requirements. Conducts Tool Box Talk if necessary to all the people working inside the plant specially when there are hot Safety issues to emphasize. Participates in raising Stop cards to achieve a 100% IIF. Supervise supply and discharge line underground RTR piping for cooling water and sewage line. Check and verify lifting equipments and lifting plan before erection activities starts. Supervise and monitor pouring of drain pit and sewage line pit. Witnessed erection of concrete sewage tank and monitor installation of sewage submergible pumps. Assist and witnessing mechanical equipment erection installation (heat exchanger, pumps, compressor and vessels) to ensure correct orientation and location. Managing the outstanding work through system inspection and punch-listing and supporting directing the teams of construction staff are the main focus, issuing the completion priorities to the teams and meeting regularly with the subcontractors in order to foresee or alleviate any problems. Coordination to all departments for any discrepancies to resolves the problems. Participate walk down inspection with contractors for system completion (punch listing) prior for pressure testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, pre start-up to system hand-over.  Witnessing Pressure testing (Hydrotest & Pneumatic test), water flushing, air blowing, leak testing and line purging. Monitor and witnessing pre-commissioning activities of contractor SPIE and signed out.

 Serve as member of the PMC as Construction Supervisor of Chiyoda Petro Star to manage, supervise and daily monitoring of all activities such as piping fabrication, site piping, equipment and structural erection activities, repair and modification activities, system completion activities with the EPC contractor NESMA & PARTNERS and sub-contractors. Coordinates with the production on the fabrication and erection of piping works for underground and aboveground pipeline activities. Checks and monitors isometric drawings before issuing to construction, updates engineering drawings, P&ID, piping lay out on site in cases of field changes, and prepares as built drawings at site if necessary Supervised and monitors the subcontractor’s works during execution to ensure full compliance with the company requirements. Responsible for piping plans and schedule of works in fabrication, erection and inspection of piping spools such as carbon steel, stainless steel and FRP AND RTR pipes, and mechanical equipment erection. Coordination with material controller to ensure timely transfer of equipment and identify missing materials. Supervised installation and set-up to cold setting of all types of spring supports. Site inspection to identify the problem that causes low productivity on piping erection. Discusses technical queries and problems on site with subcontractor’s supervisors. Participate construction meetings, updates daily progress of activities and advice results of project status to the Construction Superintendent and Manager for follow up of works to prevent project delays. Prepare weekly progress reports to keep the management and client updated.

 Company primary representative as Piping Supervisors on-site to ensure the construction contractors activities comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and Client requirements.  Supervised repair works and modification of piping and pipe supports. Line checking of pipe works prior for pressure testing. Witness hydro testing and signed-out if accepted.  Responsible for the HSES and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule. Ensure that construction contractors are fully conversant with all company standards and procedures. Supervised rectification works, punch clearing, bolt torque, re-instatement of pipe works after hydro testing. Provide on-site knowledge of project specific piping construction Monitor workforce progress as relative to schedule.  Daily coordination to sub-contractor construction manager and QC to discussed, progress, quality, materials and manpower.  Ensure that Piping construction contractors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures, and Site Instructions.  Ensure that procedures and processes are understood and followed by the construction personnel. Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues.  Line checking to ensure all piping works and pipe support installed correctly and as per designed and meet client standard. Verified all installed valves are correct type and correct flow direction including inspection of gaskets and stud bolts.  Participate in all construction coordination meeting. Direct reporting to Construction superintendent.

 KBR representative to 26 kilo meters pipeline as Construction Superintendent on-site to manage the all construction activities and to ensure the contractors comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, and Client requirements. Responsible for the HSES and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule. Responsible for civil and structural plans and schedule of works in pre-fabrication and erection of sleepers and pipe bridges along the corridors, culverts and road crossings. Witnessed and monitoring casting / pouring of all equipment foundation. Managing the outstanding work through system inspection and punch-listing and supporting directing the teams of construction staff are the main focus, issuing the completion priorities to the teams and meeting regularly with the subcontractors in order to foresee or alleviate any problems. Duties and Responsibilities ( System Completion ) KBR representative as coordinator for System Completion. Completion of systems within the utilities section of the project, pushing construction completion into the commissioning phase and towards handover.  Understanding the process priorities and being able to focus on key areas of construction completion to achieve a viable commissioning system, requires an overall involvement with all aspects of the project, each company department, discipline and all involved subcontractors are required to work together to focus primarily on process system completion. Managing the outstanding work through system inspection and punch-listing and supporting directing the teams of construction staff are the main focus, issuing the completion priorities to the teams and meeting regularly with the subcontractors in order to foresee or alleviate any problems.

Then I was assigned in the field to supervise and monitor contractor activities such as piping construction, welding works by ensuring that quality of mechanical and piping works conforms to the project specification standards. Serve as day-to-day interface with Contractor piping craft labor providing a focus on safety and quality. Supervises and controls piping detailed construction preparation activities performed on site. Ensure that procedures and processes are understood and followed by the construction contractor personnel. Monitor and ensure compliance with specification, procedures, and plans. Implement field surveillance plans. Provide on-site knowledge of project specific piping construction requirements. Monitor workforce progress as relative to schedule. Ensure Contractor's on site planning activities are appropriate to meet objectives. Site inspection & Punch listing, punch clearing/piping line checking for piping system completion. Lead systems walk down inspection prior for Pre-commissioning and commissioning. I also supervised /monitoring and witness pressure testing such as Hydro testing and pneumatic testing. Eventually into the role of pre-commissioning activities. Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues/progress. Monitor workforce progress as relative to schedule. Participate, coach and assist Contractor personnel in effective pre-task planning measures in JSA's, and toolbox meetings. Participate in on site Risk Assessments and JSA development.

 Direct supervision to pipe and structural fitters, welders and helpers. Supervise, managed and control the project Construction Contractors/Sub-contractors in all Piping, structural, welding, Pipeline works, Pressure Testing and pre-commissioning in order to ascertain that the plant will be built as per drawings, specifications, procedures, cost and on schedule. Verification of piping spool fabrication and field installation. Supervised field installation activities such as piping system, all type of valves, static equipment orientation horizontal and vertical alignment, rotating equipment such as pumps and skids. Participate in daily/weekly and project management meeting in order to maintain smooth communications with other discipline. Witness inspection and Ensure that the work carried out in accordance with quality standards codes and project specifications. Managing Fabrication and Construction installation of process equipment, steel structure, process piping system, pipelines and pigging launcher/catcher manifold. Ensure that all HSE aspects and QA/QC requirements are promoted first priority and complied during construction phase. Assist the contractor site representative to ensure compliance with project safety objectives throughout construction face of the project. Lead walk down inspection with the clients and contractors prior for hydro testing. Site inspection & Punch listing, punch clearing/piping line checking for piping system completion. Lead systems walk down inspection prior for Pre-commissioning and commissioning. Supervised pre-commissioning work such as preparation, water/air flushing and steam blowing, leak testing and involve in re-instatement of pipe components and bolts/nuts tightening.
