* Install/configure GPS Tracker on vehicle, repair and provide technical support to the Vehicle Navigator System.* Configure device mapper thru platform accordingly.* Repairs/replace customer equipment by replacing defective modules orcomponents through standard troubleshooting procedures and practices.* Build navigation back-up battery.* Installs/configure mobile CCTV solutions.* Installs fuel monitoring system.* Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve wireless communication equipment problems with customer in a positive and efficient manner.* Work with customers to prepare quotes and schedules for completing installation and repair tasks.* Make minor modifications of electronic circuitry per customer’s requests and /or deploy factory software/firmware updates.* Read electrical schematics/electronic diagrams, maps, GPS and any other routing systems.* Provide hands-on communications equipment and peripheral hardware installation such as repeaters, mobile devices, portable devices, wireless broadband devices, and cctv equipment.* Responsible for understanding and following all company processes and procedures.
