I have successfully finished the Home Inspection Training program offered by the ICA. At present, I am engaged in an online study program with the Safety Codes Council, focusing on the Building discipline. Professionally, I am an Architect and currently working as a Drafter in a Curtain Wall System Company. My extensive experience of 22 years encompasses planning, designing, and executing a variety of projects, ranging from residential and mixed-use commercial to industrial.I have a robust understanding of executing general architectural design concepts, details, and drafting through AutoCAD and various other computer applications. I am adept at managing and coordinating design development, space planning, and associated project construction. I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.I possess strong communication abilities. I am also well-versed in multiple disciplines such as structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, all of which are crucial to architectural design and construction. My skills extend to designing façade elevations and detailed sections, understanding and applying building codes, standards, and safety regulations, and having a comprehensive grasp of construction details.
