-Coordinate with the IP Tech partners of each Baker McKenzie office to ensure completion of IP Flat Fee related projects including but not limited to the yearly Baker McKenzie Global Flat Fee schedules. -Liaise with Global Flat Fee contacts in each local office, providing suggestions/recommendations on Flat Fee-related matters, ensuring that fee schedules are accurate and in accordance with each office’s guidelines -Coordinate with the managing offices regarding clients' fee requirements; provide suggestions/recommendations on how flat fees should be initially set up; set up, maintain, and update the client schedules -Coordinate and negotiate with Baker McKenzie offices and correspondent law firms regarding services, fees and discounts -Finalize reports within the agreed deadline assuring the quality and accuracy of the report
