I am a highly energetic and curious entrepreneur, with a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Naples, Federico II. I co-founded and served as the CEO of Gatelab, until April 2022, since its inception in the early ’90s, driving the company to be a leading provider of high frequency, low latency front-office infrastructure for trading and risk. After having become part of the London Stock Exchange Group, in December 2012 (majority owned, 2017 fully owned), and then of the Euronext Group in April 2021, I’m now serving as Non-Executive Director of Gatelab, helping the company’s international expansion.I’m passionate about technology and finance; my curiosity, born in Olivetti and in Italtel R&D first and in Gatelab later, still inspires me in this exciting fintech era. Taking into great account diversity and inclusion, I can assemble and drive seemingly disparate talents into a cohesive, inspired and engaged team, capable of innovating in business and technology. Happily married with two great boys, I enjoy painting and scuba-diving.
