Pilots4Pilots provides a challenging package of skill training and Line Orientated Flight Training (LOFT) on the B737-800 simulator. During these 'LOFT' sessions normal operation is simulated combined with complex failures.

At DSV Air & Sea my role is to sell our clients our logistical solutions for their airfreight, seafreight and charter requests. In the year 2014 I was given the opportunity to set up a completely new product. Combining the forces of DSV Air & Sea and DSV Road has led to a shortsea product in which we use intermodal solutions and modal shift. I enjoy working with new and other colleagues, deal with contradicting interests and explore new possibilities. The fact we evolve as a complete organization makes me proud of what we achieve together.Since July 2015 I'm the Supervisor Customer Services & Seafreight. Being able to help my team in difficulties and to take lead in bringing our services to the next level is a role that suits me well. I love the responsibility of being the final link in the escalation process. Together we continue to evolve DSV!

My job at the emergency center consisted of several tasks. At first I assisted ANWB's clients with the coordination of roadside assistance as well as repatriation of broken vehicles or injured people. I made a promotion in my second year and was given the combined leadership of 100 colleagues. This improved my managing and communication skills in a customer focused environment. The responsibility, of being the last person in the escalation process, suited me well.
