I joined Hansa Biopharma, a Swedish public commercial stage global biotech, in 2020 as its first in-house legal resource tasked with building, developing, and managing the initial Legal, Compliance, IP, and Risk department when Hansa received its first marketing authorization in Europe and initiated the commercial phase. Over the past years my team has grown to 6 ½ FTEs in a mix of employees and dedicated consultants to ensure a flexible but full service approach in supporting the entire value chain of a fast growing global commercial stage and fully integrated public biotech listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Next to enabling and supporting my team I focus on * corporate governance in my role as corporate secretary supporting the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee* strategic transactions in BD/L and M&A* contract lifecycle management * regulatory strategy and market access* growth of our US operations * global commercialisation both trough partners and in Hansa’s own capacity* competitive landscape and IP strategy* management of contentious matters * clinical research and development* robust healthcare compliance including data privacy to empower our associates to a Smart Risk taking approach

Lead lawyer in NTO (Novartis Technical Operations) for global strategic M&A / BD&L transactions / projects of • Global footprint (expansion, closing, divesting of sites, outsourcing of manufacturing)• Global transactions/projects in BD&L (acquisition, divestment, in-/out-licensing of products, and joint ventures)• Global supply chain (implementation and handling of executed transactions in the internal supply chain)• other global M&A projects in NTO

• Lead global lawyer for Basilea's Technical Operations department in all aspects relating to manufacturing/CMC, global supply chain and quality assurance for anti-infective (bacterial and fungal) and oncology products as well as pipeline candidates• Global legal support of in-/out-licensing transactions (pre/post deal)

• Advising domestic and international corporate and private clients on all areas of intellectual property law. • Legal representation in and coordination of global IP litigation and enforcement. • Hiring and supervision of legal staff.
