My 13 years span of logistics and supply chain practice includes freight forwarding, customs clearance, courier operations, warehouse management, sales and business development, air and sea freight operations, end to end supply chain pricing, invoicing and billing, sustainable operations, transport and routing control, supply chain strategic management, procurement audit and teaching logistics and supply chain management courses.As a Practice Scholar, my research interests are Customer Satisfaction, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Operations, Employee Empowerment and Business Management Practices.My Doctoral research, in 2020, focused on how employee empowerment influences TQM and SCM practices in achieving customer satisfaction. My MBA research, in 2016, focused on how logistics services are used in achieving customer satisfaction.
