As a Business Intelligence Analyst, I developed regular and ad hoc analysis for data-based decision-making by management and executives. This included for example sales pipeline reporting, expected revenue analysis, customer satisfaction reporting, churn reporting, and sales process analysis. I was responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing multiple data sources which usually resulted in fully automated reporting. As a CRM specialist, I contributed significantly to the development of complex sales and customer care processes. This included, for example, the development of segmentation processes, sales pipelines, and churn pipelines.

In my role as a working student, I had the opportunity to support the ESF Saxony-Anhalt retention data collection for the period 2014-2020, a project commissioned by the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
