• Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Hazard & Operability (HAZOP).
• Keeping an eye out for emerging issues, prospective or actual breakdowns, leaks, and fugitive emissions with all manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Conducting line-out, pre-start, running, and shutdown inspections and check-outs of the equipment to ensure that it is all in compliance with the design integrity.
• Conduct product analysis and fluid samples.
• Produce a plant progress report for management to use in developing production growth strategies.
