• The functioning of the chloroalkali process plant's electorlyzers, the HCl Synthesis unit, various pumps, tanks, the absorber, filter, clarifier, the Small and Big Clarifier, the ion-exchanger & reactor, etc.• Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Hazard & Operability (HAZOP).• Keeping an eye out for emerging issues, prospective or actual breakdowns, leaks, and fugitive emissions with all manufacturing systems and equipment.• Conducting line-out, pre-start, running, and shutdown inspections and check-outs of the equipment to ensure that it is all in compliance with the design integrity.• Conduct product analysis and fluid samples.• Produce a plant progress report for management to use in developing production growth strategies.

• Ensuring that the facility produces high-quality products and that the production process is safe and efficient.• Chemical treatment with soda ash, barium carbonate, flocculants, and caustics to remove suspended particulates for quality control of purified brine.• Handling salt, ensuring salt saturations, clarifying brine with a clarifier, and keeping its turbidity within the allowed range.• Maintenance and monitoring of the anthracite, polish, and ion exchange columns (resin tower)• Maintaining daily analytical reports and log sheets.• Reports about daily chemical use statistics and in-house store management.
