- External Engagement operation including cashiers, receipt of orders, packing and aending the completed order to customer. Average customer handled about 100+ in a weekend.- Internal operation includes preparation of beverage toppings, cooking the tea and other ingredients, processing the order, and managing the kitchen workflow. No complaints from customer about the preparations flow.
