Working as a member of the Internal Security Management within Telekom Security. Supporting T-Systems International (TSI) and Deutsche Telekom portfolio units.Previous and current role includes: - Annual review of global security and business continuity (BC) policies, frameworks, processes - Quarterly review of control catalogues including ISO 27001 and 22301 - Gathering, reviewing data and publishing the global security report of TSI withing the security community quarterly. - Organizing, hosting and presenting in the monthly community calls for security and BC, co-hosting the annual International Securty Panel event - Provinding newcomer and annual training for BC managers and deputies - both virtually and locally - Support of the Integrated Governance Risk and Compliance Service (iGRCS) application which ensures the compliance with the ISMS (Information Security Management System) and with the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) and the Management of Audits and Findings/Measures (PIP – Process Improvement Program). - development of the (security/quality/privacy) risk use case within iGRCS, implementing process improvements and introducing the changes in the monthly calls - regular discussion with the developers of iGRCS (Avedos) - extending the usability and functionality, finding and fixing bugs, etc.

• Responsible for fulfilling security maintenance related requests in all banking applications and other systems, which have security module and provide customer service regarding the supported applications and systems• Create, modify and delete user profiles in various systems based on properly authorized request systems/forms or QA's instruction• Reset passwords, create, and modify user profiles based on the received requests• Conduct inquiries from all employees on phone, mail, memo and form• Provide customer service regarding the supported applications and systems via phone, mail and virtual ticketing systems• Performing inactivity checks and other housekeeping tasks in various systems• Participating in BCP/DRP planning in relation of the supported systems and business applications• Keep contact with external security administration is strictly applied as per corporate policy instructions• Keep procedures up to date - creation and maintenance of process control manuals• Participate in work related projects• Attending compliance and audit meetings• Assist in training the new colleagues within the team• Handling escalations in an effective and timely manner• Keeping fire safety awareness as a fire warden• Provide assistance on the following tasks:- Ensure that the team's procedures are maintained and updated whenever major changes occur- keeping audit compliance with special attention of ISO 27001 requirements – report and track compliance deficiencies to management- Ensure an updated application inventory is maintained for the team- Preparing presentations
