Improving the social media benchmarking experience for Brandwatch's users, allowing companies to compare their brands with competitors and gain valuable insights about their performance on the market.Responsibilities:• As the sole Product Designer in my team of 20, I am working together with my product manager, engineering leads, developers, data analysts and marketing manager to enhance the user experience of our product from discovery through tracked data to UI and testing, aligning with business and customer needs, as well as development constraints.• Conducting user interviews to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design solutions.• Contributing to and working with our Design System, promoting accessibility and ensuring consistency with other Brandwatch tools, adhering to our design principles.• Hosting and participating in design studios and design critiques with fellow designers to gather and give feedback on design concepts.• Setting up prototypes for remote user testing, while planning and consulting with UX researchers and content designers.• Managing stakeholders from other departments to maintain smooth collaboration and incorporate their input into design decisions.• Convey and present ideas with the help of sketches, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, information architecture mapping and design documentation, utilizing the Lean UX canvas to streamline the design process with efficient decision-making.Softwares: Figma, Miro, Maze, Mixpanel, Dovetail, Jira, Confluence, Productboard
