Ferenc started his career at NHC Corporation, where he gained excessive experience in business growth, strategy and leadership. As the Vice-president for 14 years, he successfully led the setup of 14 divisions across 6 countries. From 2004, he focused his professional activities on working as a turnaround and interim manager, business consultant and coach, specialising in optimisation of sales processes, development of leadership competencies and change management. Between 2013 and 2017, as the executive of PL Beauty Cosmetics Kft., following a successful turnaround management, he set the company up for growth and multiplied the profit by 10 times.In 2018 he has established Avondale CEE, a business strategy consultancy focused on the Central Eastern European region, with the aim to create a culture of exit strategy and provide expertise and support for owners looking to grow or exit their business. Ferenc is an entrepreneur, investor and turnaround expert, as well as a self-motivated learner, a long distance runner and the happy father of three children. He believes the key to success is working as a team consisting of inspired and creative individuals.
