In this position I was charge with the following projects/activities: - Identification of cross-topic synergies for software maintenance process optimization - Cross-locations (Germany, India and US) coordination of the mainenance activities for the IS Aerospace & Defense solution - Organization and moderation of OSS Note reviews for software maintenance quality improvement - Responsible for the maintenance of software components Configuration Control (CC) and Maintenance Event Builder (MEB) as main component, and assisting collegues in the Taks List Hierarchies (HTL) and Aircraft Logbook (LBK) (including the Component List functionality) area - Delivered internal and external workshops regarding the above mentioned topics, both, at SAP and on-site - Organized and delivered knowledge transfer sessions for internal SAP consultants and developers - Actively supported de-escalation projects both, remote and on-site - Actively supported the specification, desing and testing or various projects in the IS Aerospace & Defense and Plant Maintenance areas

In this position I was in charge with the following projects/activities: - specification, design and prototyping of the Maintenance Program Definition (MPD), co-authoring the US patent 7,082,383 from July 25, 2006 - specification, design, implementation and testing of the Configuration Control (CC) functionality retrofit to standard PM - continuous development and maintenance of Configuration Control functionality - maintenance of Task List Hierarchies (HTL) functionality
