Ferguise L. Mayronne has in excess of 30 years advising small businesses on issues concerning Federal funding programs, as UDAG/CDBG, Federal Acquisition Regulations, strategic marketing, and financial analysis, and operational management. His various professional positions and experience spans municipal, state, federal, and non-profit organizations. Certified as an Economic Development Professional, Mortgage Broker, and Property and Casualty agent, Mayronne has combined these with his MBA and Green Belt 6 sigma training to insure that he posses the necessary intellectual assets to provide the proper assistance and professionalism needed by growing and expanding businesses. In terms of federal programs Mayronne has served in senior management positions in the U.S. Department of Transportation, FRA as a senior small business specialist handling high speed rail programs, and the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development program and is well versed in their programs. As a former manager of the DOT/OSDBU National Information Clearinghouse (NIC), and Chief of Procurement Assistance he developed and coordinated OSDBU programs including the development of their SVOB, DOT Small Business contracting tracking regulations, Mentor/Protégé, and developed bond assistance efforts, as well as publications and marketing programs, including several annual show management and training events sponsored by the OSDBU.
