The Head of Policy and Programs is responsible for the successful execution of policy and program priorities for the Australian Seed Federation.The Head of Policy and Programs is a big-picture thinker skilled in the policy development and the delivery of programs that lead to outcomes which benefit the whole of the seed industry.The 120+ members of the Australian Seed Federation represent a billion-dollar industry, critical for the success of Australian agriculture.

Promoting the seed industry through communication campaigns and developing training and education programs for the Australian seed industry.The Australian Seed Federation (ASF) is the peak industry body for the Australian seed industry at the local, state, national and international level. The ASF also represents its members internationally, as a member of the International Seed Federation (ISF) and the Asia Pacific Seed Association (APSA).

As BSM the role involved; managing business services and stakeholder engagement, marketing and brand communication, event management, membership and sponsorship management, stakeholder communications, industry, government and membership engagement.

Support Officer for the Pasture Trials Network, developing operational structures, marketing and communications outputs and assisting in program management. The Pasture Trials Network (PTN) offers independent, robust, grazing forage/feed base variety performance information. PTN data is gathered through a large range of independent trials run in temperate areas of Australia, with independent varietal performance data available for eight key pasture species across 30+ different locations spread over all five southern Australian states.
