* Executed on the design of an ultra-high voltage buck converter by developing a novel design of devices.* Planned and designed an ultra-low power and high voltage buck converter with BiCMOS technology.* Participated in design of power management IC (PMIC), and realized multi-channel converters with noise shielding technique.

* Responsible for circuit design of high voltage and high current DC/DC buck converters. Worked cross-functionally to integrate corresponding test flow developments, alpha/beta-site confirmations, reliability enhancements and verifications, and production optimizations.* Realized new products by using a process technology under development. Collaborated with device team to enhance key characteristics of devices, improve IC reliability and strengthen ESD protections.* Established and performed an optimized methodology to design circuits, corresponding test procedures, selections of back-end package, technology process and layout floor plans.
