I am currently employed by the Binar Space Program as an engineer working on delivering and testing the BInar-2, 3, and 4 mission as well as beginning the space mission process for the next Bianr spacecraft, Binar Prospector.My job roles include:- Managing a team of engineers to complete design and testing tasks for Binar CubeSats.- Completing safety assessment procedures for technology operation on the ISS.- Managing requirements and verification and validation procedures during the mission lifecycle process.- Designing or procuring hardware to meet the needs of the mission.- Working with launch providers to meet the launch requirements.- Understanding and tailoring the space mission lifecycle process to be suitable for small CubeSat missions.

Completed my Doctorate of Philosophy at Curtin University titled:Progress Towards Controlled Re-entry and Recovery of CubeSatsDuring my PhD, I had the privilege of designing, testing, and delivering Western Australia's first satellite, Binar-1. The highly integrated CubeSat was one of the main outputs of my PhD where I and other PhD students aimed to compress the essential subsystems of a CubeSat onto a single circuit board to create more payload area that could be used for controlled re-entry and recovery systems. Following the success of Binar-1, I worked on a re-entry tracking system for monitoring CubeSat re-entry locations. This payload will be the first step in validating controlled re-entry systems being developed at Curtin University. Alongside the development of the tracking payload, I worked on improving the Binar-1 design for the next mission, Binar-2, 3, and 4.Having the opportunity to work through an entire space mission from conception to completion, I learned many engineering and research skills necessary for working in the commercial and scientific space industry.My final Thesis can be found here:https://espace.curtin.edu.au/handle/20.500.11937/93569
