Since taking over the book of business I've created a detailed service model, a financial wellness series of presentations and bulletins, an internal training manual, a one on one advisory model and an investment analysis tool that allows us to compare industry investments. We have seen record retention rates year over year since I joined the firm. I've been described by my colleagues as goal oriented, knowledgable, likeable, easy going, approachable and my favorite well dressed.

Backed by Fidelity, one of the world’s largest research capabilities, the platform seeks to generate diversified sources of alpha and a rigorous approach to risk management for clientsI was focused on increasing the brand recognition of the Pyramis products by way of pension brokers, consultants and plan sponsors.While there I successfully cleaned up and grew their database of potential prospects across Canada. I worked closely with marketing on several product launches by way of Salesforce and I surpassed all of my sales targets in 2009 and 2010.

Fidelity's group retirement business consisted of approximately 90 retirement plans across Canada. My role consisted of business development and employee communication for the Fidelity book of retirement business in eastern Canada. On the business development front I was number one on my team for assets retained in Fidelity's Nextstep account with more than 35 million dollars retained each year. I recieved a sales award at Fidelity's annual sales conference in 2007. My presentation skills were evaluated and the feedback was extremely positive from our book of clients.

Provided educational support to all plan members in both French and English. Supported more than 90 plans in all provinces.

I developed a training program for all new customer service representatives within the Employee Service Centre. I earned the highest annual performance rating that year with a grade of "exceptional". I was personally regonized by the President of Fidelity Canada for my contribution to the Canadian business.
