Selected project experience includes:• Lead analyst in a project with the London Borough of Hounslow to redesign Supported Internship services for young people with learning disabilities to improve take-up and outcomes• Lead analyst in a performance management team supporting seven services across the Midlands and South-East delivering employment support to people with additional barriers to work, including severe mental illness and learning disabilities.• Supporting the Henry Smith Charity coordinate a charitably funded network of independent advocacy charities working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism. • Writing Harvard Business School-style practical case studies on issues related to multidimensional poverty and policy, for use in policy training courses. Cases exhibit how governments in Latin America and South Asia use their National Multidimensional Poverty Indices (MPIs) for improving public policies.• Analysing primary source documents and conducting interviews (in English and Spanish) to develop cases focusing on policy issues. Cases produced used as a springboard for debate and discussion to help training participants to develop and defend their analysis and prescriptions.

• Participated in research project conducted by grassroots NGO to assess reasons for low museum attendance levels among local school children.• Arranged, conducted and transcribed qualitative interviews with museum curators in the Mexico City area.• Assisted in analysis stage and helped with writing up the results for a research paper and an online city museum guide highlighting exhibitions for use in schools.

Short-term research position in which I investigated press releases, government databases and development bank audit reports to discover whether the financing of major projects had connections with the high-profile Odebrecht corruption case. I was personally responsible for the collection of evidence and the compilation of an evidence database for Mexico, Ecuador and Venezuela. Research contributed to a research document detailing the transactions between governments, international development banks and the Odebrecht Company, which was used to apply pressure on development banks to begin internal investigations into their awarding of funding to public infrastructure projects across Latin America and Africa.
