Main duties of the post:To be responsible for compliance across multi-centres within the specified awarding body. To lead monthly standardisation meetings and be responsible for all training and assessment standards within the awarding body approvals including updates to existing standards as well as implementation and approval of any new standards. Responsibilities:> Ensuring standardisation and new course development across multiple sites> Delivering training to the pre-described standards> Manage all course or standard updates and roll out of any changes> Development of approved courses > Attending Awarding Body training provider events> Maintaining industry & legislative knowledge & provide updates to the team> Purchasing & Stock control within approved training areas> Course audits and annual observation reviews of trainers> Manage competencies & development of team members, PDP and appraisal> Conducting monthly standardisation meetings> Ensuring Inspection and maintenance of equipment> Safety committee member, fire safety within skills centres> Reviewing course feedback scores and developing improvement plans> Working with the Management team on securing and maintaining multiple site accreditations
