Fergus Harrington is a successful company director with a love of skiing and rugby who began his career in the events industry while he was at King’s College, University of London. Graduating with a BA in American Studies, including a year at the prestigious American University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he threw himself into a life of skiing and partying – purely professionally, of course. He was Marketing Manager for Ski le Gap, and founded Wicked Student Nights in 2006. He spent several years promoting venues across the high-end London nightlife scene, catering to celebs, sports stars and junior royalty. He has worked closely with business partner James Rix for almost 20 years, launching, managing, buying and selling a range of brands and businesses. Harrix Group delivers a range of effective marketing solutions for established brands, major public sector bodies, sports and events venues and, increasingly, e-commerce and start-ups on the path to unicorn status.
