In November 2014 Matt Acheson and myself formed AchesonWalsh Studios, providing kinetic creations for theatre, film and TV. Our services include design, fabrication, direction and performance. Recent clients include Cirque Du Soleil, Disney, Radio City Music Hall, Lincoln Center, Amazon Studios and various Broadway theatres.

I created and teach the Advanced Hand Puppetry course as part of the UConn Puppet Arts online Graduate Certificate program https://puppetartscert.uconn.edu/

I performed as a puppeteer and ensemble member in the new New York Spring Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. I was also the puppeteer tech lead with responsibility for maintenance of the puppets.

I worked on many shows including productions at Lincoln Center, The Lyric Theatre on Broadway, The Baruch Performing Arts Center, The New York Philharmonic. I toured throughout the United States and also in Singapore, Norway and Iceland. I puppeteered on Banksy’s Sirens of the Lambs project during the artist’s New York residency in October 2013. I also worked with members of the Chinese National Ballet at the Asia Society in NYC.
