Established, hired, managed a team (up to 14) focused on providing capital and advisory solutions and outcomes that supported the growth and succession of businesses. The team’s capability included corporate finance, private equity, leverage finance and advisory. Played a leading part in the corporate leadership team that significantly grew the reputation and business of ASB Corporate Banking. Over a 7-year period, market share grew from single digits to double digit levels, and drove levels of consideration substantially despite the crowded market. This role included: strategic planning and execution; developing and implementing the playbook and sales rhythm within the ASB corporate business; coaching and assisting leaders through change; delivering innovative solutions; and building market consideration and relevance.
