MyEasyPayment.com was the first collections based website in the industry and received over $500MM in payments per year until being discontinued in 2008. This site was published in the Wall Street Journal, Collections and Credit Risk Management, Collection Technology News, and American Banker.Created collections treatment specific strategies (models / clusters) to maximize collector effectiveness while minimizing costs. This strategy led to a decrease of 35% in expenses and a decrease of 5% in losses.
