16 years of FMCG experience, with 10+ years in the finance function, I have worked in Australia and the UK, creating growth plans, business strategies and managing change in some of the most challenging and dynamic retail environments in the world. Despite a finance degree and being a qualified accountant, it's not finance itself that motivates me. I'm at home working with my team, and our stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities to grow and create value for our shareholders and our customers. I have a passion for talent and culture, and getting to the heart of what makes a business successful - or what holds it back from creating value. My belief is simple - that experiences create beliefs that inspire action, and what drives me is how I can connect purpose with those experiences everyday - creating those experiences for the teams I lead, for our stakeholders, our customers, and ultimately our consumers.
