Management of the Energy Plant projects and maintanence activities.Tekirdag Combine Cycle Power Plant - 47 MWCorlu Cogeneration Power Plant - 50 MW Bilecik Metristepe Wind Power Plant - 39,5 MWResponsible for the commissioning, installation and maintanence activities of the Power Plants.Coordination of the dedicated project team composed of technical and engineering team members.Make continuous improvement studies on the power plants.(6 sigma, TPM, 5S, Kaizen)Reviewing the checklist and planning all maintenance activities,Following up the performance on planned maintenance actions.

Prepare to production plannig of assembly and production lines(CNC lathes,Gear cutting machines,Broaching machines,drilling,grinding,boring,heat treatment..) Ensuring continuity of the pruduction.Manufacturing prototypical and other products that have different targets.Participating to studies that increasing efficiency of process , exercising to decrease rate of waste, lost and re-operationWork with the team to analyze root causes of machine downtimes Coordination of Manufacturing Review meetings, preparing documentation as necessaryLeading and taking active role in produvtivity projects (6 sigma, WCM ,Kaizen)
