Production Manager
Current- Responsible for Production. Provide direction and guidance on the production floor for each print job. Ensuring quality standards are met and waste is minimized. -impregnation of wipes, flame retardant, hidrofobik and relevant products.- Responsible for Quality Asurance. Promote continues improvement efforts and training programs aimed at delivering positive trends on KPI'. KPI include safety. Triger OEE performance and following cost effectivity. - Manage department’s 6 sigma activities. IPC, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP- Participate in customer claim evaluation by performing 8D report . Coordinate Continuous Improvement projects. - Monitor operations and triger corrective actions. Implements and maintains preventive maintenance. - Responsible for staff hiring for all these functions.- Represent company at local and international meetings- Responsible for Installation of production machinery with R&D and Technical dept.- Documentation of all processes for ISO certification. -Nonwovens Standard Procedures according EDANA test standards. - Effectively manage labour requirements/manpower planning, production planning, stock management, instrumentation calibration, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technology-Initiate and follow-up projects for the realization of objectives.- During the commissioning of new product carry out activities together with engineering, R&D and quality departments.- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety in plant. Carry out enviromental activities.- Guide production line according to production planning data.- Carry out process control activities.- Steer maintenance activities and playing active role.- Follow, supervise and coordinate units, that are managed, with periodic meetings and reports.- Report all activities to technical management.-Building up industrial relations (between workers, union and company) and taking actions for improving moral / motivation level of workers.
