- Leading the process teams to ensure the proper sizing of resources and skills - Setting an organization ensuring Product Engineering / Suppliers / Production site synergies.- Building collaboration with the Industrial Project Manager, industrial performance targets consistent with investment objectives, manufacturing targets and Business targets.- Establishing the business industrial contract in line with the performance targets that will appear in the Industrial Contract, negotiate it with the Industrial Project Manager and the factory and manage the signature with all of the partner actors (DIV, DAPP , DPSI, Factories, Program Management). - Ensuring the establishment of Business Investment Projects Contracts, their validation and signature- Establishing and manage the Master Planning of the industrial project in coherence with the Global Industrial Master Planning- Ensuring the application of project rules and take into account feedback from previous projects (technical and organization).- Facilitating with the factory and department heads (or sector coordinator) the decision and reporting process necessary for team membership and product-process synergy.- Organizing the "launch" of the installations by the Factory.- Realizing the synthesis of QCD trades: - Take into account the interference between vehicle projects and capacity projects. - Ensure the coherence of the schedules of the different trades - Use and make the members of the team adhere to the QCDRh tools of the project management system (KPIs, highlights, cost, tasks, planning, animation, etc.) and launching corrective actions by the actors concerned so as to guarantee the results.
